Agreement to Terms

By registering for or accessing The Wealth Rebellion virtual summit (the "Summit") or purchasing VIP access, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register or access the Summit.

Summit Access

Free Registration

Free registration grants you access to all 12 conversations during the live summit period (March 24–27, 2026). Each conversation will be available for 24 hours after its scheduled release time.

VIP Access

VIP access, available for a one-time payment of $47, grants you lifetime access to all 12 recorded conversations, transcripts, and any supplemental materials provided. VIP access is available for purchase only during the summit window and will not be offered again in this format.

Payment and Refunds

All VIP purchases are final. Due to the immediate access granted to digital content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your credit card information.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through The Wealth Rebellion, including but not limited to video recordings, transcripts, materials, and resources, is owned by The Wealth Rebellion or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Summit content
  • Create derivative works from Summit content
  • Share your login credentials or access with others
  • Record, download (unless explicitly permitted), or redistribute Summit content
  • Use Summit content for commercial purposes

User Conduct

You agree to use the Summit in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other participants or speakers
  • Posting spam or unauthorized advertising
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Summit

We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

The content provided in The Wealth Rebellion is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

The views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Wealth Rebellion. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wealth Rebellion and its organizers, speakers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Summit.

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the Summit. We are not responsible for technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing content during the 24-hour free access window.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Summit or any part thereof at any time. We may also change these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
